The Evaluation Office recently prepared a biennial Evaluation Synthesis Report based on sixty six (66) mid-term and terminal evaluations conducted in the 2014-2015 biennium. The report analyses trends in project performance across the assessed evaluation criteria. 

All evaluation criteria are rated on a six-point scale, most are rated as follows: Highly Satisfactory; Satisfactory; Moderately Satisfactory; Moderately Unsatisfactory; Unsatisfactory; Highly Unsatisfactory. Sustainability is rated from Highly Likely down to Highly Unlikely.

The figure below provides an overview of project performance by projects evaluated in the 2014-2015 biennium, with focus on the percentage of projects rated 'Highly Satisfactory' or ‘Satisfactory’ for selected evaluation criteria compared to the previous biennium (2012-2013)
