70th UNEP/UNESCO/BMUB International Short Course on Sustainable Cities

Objectives: Participants are expected to acquire knowledge as well as environmental communication and mediation skills to be able to contribute to a sustainable development of urban communities and the energy management in their respective countries.

Target Groups: This course is designed mainly for managers and decision-makers with pertinent professional experience in urban land use management and planning.

Award: Participants successfully completing this course will be awarded a Certificate of Proficiency in Sustainable Cities. The nomination by the delegating institution is mandatory.

Organisers: This course program is organised by CIPSEM at the Faculty of Environmental Sciences at TU Dresden and supported by the The German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety (BMUB), the German Federal Environmental Agency (UBA), UN Environment and UNESCO.
